The City of Melbourne recently installed 100's of temporary concrete bollards across the city to hinder vehicle attacks while they wait for permanent ones to be made. The Lord Mayor approved decorating them, soCarla and a couple of friends painted some bollards out the front of the National Gallery of Victoria Ian Potter Centre at Fed Square on Flinders Street.
