Carla O'Brien was personally selected by the City of Port Phillip to create a stunning, large-scale interactive light art installation for the St Kilda Festival 2024.

Carla's vision for the installation was brought to life with a beautifully crafted oversized festival logo, rendered in RGB colour-changing neon flex on powder-coated white metal. The design was carefully constructed with the intention of creating an interactive experience for festival-goers, allowing them to sit within the logo and fully immerse themselves in the artwork.

The installation was strategically positioned against the backdrop of the magnificent sunset on the Bay, captivating the attention of festival attendees and becoming a highlight of the entire event.
