The Pop Up Ice Rink at Eastland Shopping Centre wanted a sign created to direct people walking between the train station and shopping centre down the stairs to the entrance of the skating rink.

The College of Event Management in Melbourne had Carla guest lecture on creating art for festivals and events. The students had to go through the process of submitting art for a festival and present it just like an artist would. The best Neon idea was chosen, then along with Carla's help, they created the piece of neon Art that was then hung at the College.
